Shipping Costs

    Alternatively, we may add the shipping charges to your order invoice after checkout. Your order will not be processed or shipped until these charges are confirmed and paid.

Shipments to Brokers – Responsibility Disclaimer

  • When orders are shipped to a broker, freight forwarder, or third-party logistics provider, US Global Imports is only responsible for ensuring the order is properly packed and delivered to the specified broker's address. Once the shipment has been successfully delivered to the broker, our responsibility for the condition and completeness of the order ends.

  • We do not assume liability for missing, lost, or damaged items after the package is received by the broker. It is the broker’s responsibility to inspect, handle, and secure the contents of the shipment upon receipt. Any claims for shortages or damage must be addressed directly with the broker or the final shipping carrier used by the broker.

Address Issues
