RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Please review this policy before purchasing from SONICS IMPORTS INC. This policy applies alongside our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy and does not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
RETURN REQUESTS
To request a return, contact info@sonicsimports.com with your order or invoice number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your request.
Please obtain return authorization and shipping instructions before sending merchandise back. Authorization to send an item back does not guarantee a refund; returned merchandise may need to be inspected first.
For discretionary returns unrelated to defects, damage or fulfillment errors, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, with any original seals intact. Proof of purchase is required. Eligibility will be confirmed when we review your request.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item is defective, damaged, missing or incorrect.
Include your order or invoice number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected merchandise, shipping label and packaging when applicable.
Keep the merchandise and all packaging while we review the issue, as an inspection may be required. Do not send back damaged or potentially hazardous merchandise without instructions.
We will review the information and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or other remedy consistent with applicable law.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Except where a return or other remedy is required by applicable law, we do not accept discretionary returns of:
• Opened, used, altered or customer-damaged merchandise;
• Products with broken safety or tamper-evident seals;
• Perishable goods;
• Custom, personalized or special-order products;
• Personal care products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons;
• Sale or clearance items; or
• Gift cards.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases and other restricted products must not be mailed back without our instructions and confirmation that the shipment is permitted by the carrier and applicable law.
These exclusions do not eliminate rights or remedies for defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise nonconforming merchandise.
RETURN SHIPPING
We will confirm return instructions and responsibility for shipping costs when reviewing your request.
For approved discretionary returns, Customer is responsible for return shipping unless we agree otherwise. For verified fulfillment errors or merchandise that arrived damaged or defective, we will arrange an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.
For discretionary returns, original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires a refund.
EXCHANGES
Contact us before returning an item for exchange. Exchanges are subject to approval and product availability.
If a direct exchange is unavailable, we may arrange an approved return and a separate purchase for the replacement item. We will confirm any price difference and applicable shipping costs before proceeding.
REFUNDS
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your authorized return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner if required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
If the original payment method cannot receive the refund, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate alternative after verifying the payment and recipient.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact info@sonicsimports.com.
This inspection process does not delay refunds that must be issued earlier under applicable law.
STATUTORY CANCELLATION AND RETURN RIGHTS
Where mandatory consumer cancellation, return, warranty or refund rights apply, SONICS IMPORTS INC will honor those rights. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
