It is the most popular tobacco in American prisons and competes heavily with the TOP brand. Bugler is unique from its competition because it uses a premium "Turkish and domestic blend" of tobaccos. In the past, Bugler used thick rolling papers, however today they utilize a new, thinner paper that is interleaved.
